- Diskless Configuration
- 16 x 2.5-in SAS/SATA (HDD/SSD) drives.
- 16 x 2.5-inch SATA/NVMe drives on Universal backplane configuration
Heatsink & Fans
The Dell C6615 Node Server only has 1 CPU and 1 Type of heatsink. This system only supports the air-cooled system. The Heat sink will come with the AMD CPU and the fans are located in the Dell C6600 Rack Enclosure.
Memory
The Dell AMD C6615 Node Server supports up to 6 x DDR5 channels per socket, 1 DIMM per channel (1DPC) with speeds up to 4800Mhz.

Networking Adapters
LOM Mezzanine
The Node Server comes with a Broadcom BCM5720 Gigabit Ethernet controller. This along with the other PCIe slots are the only way to expand the networking capabilities of the C6615 Node Server. When using the LOM ports you save a PCIe slot. This is very important since there are only 2 PCIe 5.0 slots on the back of the C6615 Node Server.
OCP 3.0
The Node Server comes with a 4 port OCP 3.0 slot with speeds up to 25Gb per port. This OCP along with the LOM and the PCIe slots are the only way to expand the networking capabilities of the C6615 Node Server. When using the OCP ports you save a PCIe slot. This is very important since there are only 2 PCIe 5.0 slots on the back of the C6615 Node Server.

The C6600 holds 2 Power supply units to support up to 4 Sleds that could possibly have 8 CPUs and 64 DIMMs when fully populated. With so many CPUs and DIMMs to support the power supply units will be very large in capacity. The largest PSU for this system is 3200W.
3200 W AC and DC power supplies are only available in North America.
